How to make your first Reservation

Step1
✾Contact
Please make a reservation by celluler phone, LINE, e-mail, or contact form and making reservation for meeting at least 7days in advance of it.
 

Step2
✾Meeting
We will visit you on the scheduled date and time and confirm with the owner how to care for your pet.
＊At the time of the meeting, you will be required to pay the fee, receive a your key, and check the rabies vaccination certficate for dog owners, so please have them ready.
 

Step3
✾On the day of pet care
We will visit you at the agreed time and take care of your pet according to the arrangement.
We will report your pet's condition via LINE or e-mail with videos or photos.
 

Step4
✾Return of keys
Return the key and finish.
＊At the meeting, we will decide on the return date for the keys.
